Business Development Manager

Key Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic New Business Development Manager to join our team at Spencer - Richardson.
About the Role: As a key player in a leading security services group, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across residential and commercial property sectors, driving growth and adding value through client and customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including colleagues in credit control, pricing, sales, and marketing.
- Provide strategic relationship management to some of the largest customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities for growth are identified.
- Collaborate effectively with the Bids & Tenders team to understand customer needs and work towards 90% retention on all renewals.
- Manage key performance drivers across all accounts, including revenue performance, lead conversion, and debt performance.
Requirements:
- A natural sales professional with a proven track record of managing a portfolio and driving growth.
- Comfortable using omnichannel communications to engage and attract new business.
- Strong commercial acumen with financial literacy, understanding profitability, gross margins, and rebate structures.
- Diplomatic communication skills and experience delivering presentations.
