About the Role
We are currently seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead our Fenestration Industry Sales Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to take charge of expanding our presence in the fenestration industry, targeting both private clients and main contractors operating in the heritage/listed building vertical.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package of up to £80,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as a comprehensive bonus structure and opportunities for career growth and development within the company.

Job Description
This is a permanent position requiring the Sales Director to be based in the Liverpool area, where they will be responsible for:
  • Identifying and engaging new prospective clients through targeted business development activities.
  • Setting and achieving sales targets to drive revenue growth and expand the company's presence in the fenestration industry.
  • Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Working closely with technical teams to provide customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to raise awareness and promote the company's services.
