About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management, with experience in field sales roles within the leisure and hospitality industry. You will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with commercial contacts and identify upsell opportunities based on market insights.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales efforts in the region, driving commercial growth and developing new business opportunities.
  • Manage an account portfolio to drive regional profitable net financial performance.
  • Develop external partner relationships to drive current business and win new business.
  • Coordinate new customer account set-up and timely equipment install process after gaining approval through collaboration with the operations team.
  • Identify unprofitable accounts; drive the business and coordinate uplift process if profitable net financial performance cannot be delivered.
  • Provide insights into brand and marketing activation strategies, activate marketing plans and deliver brand and equipment strategies.
  • Handle any customer complaints, establish facts, escalate appropriately and respond to customer.
  • Support investigation of lost customer assets, establish root cause and identify corrective improvement actions.
  • Ensure compliance to all legal, people, workplace & facilities management, technical, marketing and financial policies & practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all mandatory training requirements and actively manage own development and learning opportunities.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including private medical cover, 25 days holiday and a generous pension scheme.
