  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including energy performance certificates, gas safety checks, and electrical inspections.">
  • Plan community events and activities that enhance resident experience.">
  • Act as the primary contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing prompt and effective resolutions.">
  • Oversee community amenities, including the gym and common areas, ensuring they are well-maintained and accessible.">
  • Re-let marketing, including listing properties and conducting viewings, to minimize vacancies and maximize rental income.">
