Role Overview

Care Assistant (Bank) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality care to residents, promoting independence, and recognising individual needs. This position requires a compassionate and skilled individual who can provide exceptional care and support to residents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clinical, social, and emotional care to residents, identifying and meeting their specific needs.
  • Support residents with various requirements, from companionship to personal care, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the nurse or senior care assistant to monitor residents and report any changes or concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

Salary and Benefits
