  • Managing warm leads, viewings, and lettings for properties managed by Centrick.">
  • Coordinating and conducting viewings, negotiations, and paperwork associated with new tenancies.">
  • Negotiating tenancy renewals and rent increases, taking into account market conditions and resident needs.">
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, including energy performance certificates, gas safety checks, and electrical inspections.">
  • Developing and implementing community events and activities to foster a sense of community among residents.">
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to resident inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.">
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address maintenance requests, resolve disputes, and improve overall resident experience.">
  • Preparing and presenting reports on resident satisfaction, retention rates, and other key performance indicators.">
