We are seeking a Support Worker for Elderly Residents to join our team at Avery Healthcare Group. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their dignity and respect are maintained at all times.

About the Role
  • Deliver high standards of personal care to residents, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services.
  • Assist residents in all their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence and dignity.
  • Recognise and understand clinical risk areas in residents, such as weight loss, pressure sores, and infections.

You will work closely with the care team to provide safe and effective care, respecting the individuality and dignity of each resident. Your focus will be on delivering excellent care and creating a positive impact on our residents' lives.

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
