Elderly Care Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Elderly Care Support Specialist to join our team in Sheffield. As a key member of our care coordination team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to elderly individuals in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide emotional and practical support to elderly individuals on a regular basis.
- To assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, household chores, and personal care.
- To maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
- To work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is provided.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with elderly individuals or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A full driving license and use of own vehicle.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £12.78 per hour, increasing to £13.76 after successful probation.
