As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organisation, driving business growth and improving employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Designing and implementing engagement strategies to improve staff motivation and productivity
