About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Communications and Content Manager to join our Outreach team at University of the Arts London (UAL).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to promote the UAL Insights programme to prospective students.
  • Manage and maintain the key messaging framework, ensuring alignment with the UAL brand guidelines across all digital and print channels.
  • Create and curate engaging content to promote the University to prospective students from underrepresented backgrounds, as well as to a network of partners including schools, colleges, and cultural organizations.
  • Collaborate with the Outreach team to develop and deliver digital and print resources to young people, promoting arts, design, and communication at Further and Higher Education.
  • Provide leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage communications for the team and suggest practical solutions to new or unique problems.
About You
  • You will have a degree in a relevant field and demonstrate knowledge of effective approaches to widening participation in arts, design, and communication at Further and Higher Education through digital and print channels.
  • You will have experience of delivering digital and print resources to young people and managing communications for a team.
  • You will possess excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to suggest practical solutions to new or unique problems.
