About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Communications and Content Manager to join our Outreach team at University of the Arts London (UAL).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to promote the UAL Insights programme to prospective students.
  • Manage and maintain the key messaging framework, ensuring alignment with the UAL brand guidelines across all digital and print channels.
  • Create and curate engaging content to promote the University to underrepresented backgrounds and partners, including schools, colleges, and cultural organizations.
  • Collaborate with the Outreach team to deliver digital and print resources to young people, and manage communications for the team.
  • Provide leadership, organizational, and communication skills to drive the development of the Outreach programme.
About You
  • You will have a degree in a relevant field and experience in widening participation in arts, design, and communication through digital and print channels.
  • You will have a proven track record of delivering digital and print resources to young people and managing communications for a team.
  • You will possess excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to suggest practical solutions to new or unique problems.
