Job Description

Job Title: School Outreach and Engagement Officer

Company: OxEd and Assessment

Job Type: Full-time Contract

Hours: 30-40 hours per week during school term time

Hourly Rate: £14.00 per hour depending on experience

Job Summary

OxEd and Assessment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced School Outreach and Engagement Officer to join our Outreach and Engagement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting schools registered for our products and services to encourage engagement and support schools in getting full value from our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools registered to use our NELI program
  • Proactively follow up on school engagement with our products and services to ensure key milestones are met
  • Meet daily and weekly targets in terms of schools contacted, program engagement, etc.
  • Support with outreach and engagement tasks as needed across the operations and marketing team
Requirements
  • Experience in cold-calling and proactive outreach to customers
  • Experience in calling schools in the UK as part of a customer success or sales-focused role (a plus)
  • Able to adapt communication to the needs of the school and their specific circumstances
  • Must be based in and have the legal right to work in the UK for the duration of the contract
