About the Role

OxEd and Assessment is a leading provider of educational assessment and intervention solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced School Outreach and Engagement Liaison to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools registered to use our NELI programme
  • Proactively engage with schools to ensure they are getting full value from our products and services
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for school engagement and programme usage
  • Support the operations and marketing teams with outreach and engagement tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Experience in cold-calling and proactive outreach to customers
  • Experience in calling schools in the UK as part of a customer success or sales-focused role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to adapt communication to meet the needs of schools and their specific circumstances
  • Able to work in a timely manner to meet daily and weekly targets
  • Must be based in and have the legal right to work in the UK for the duration of the contract
