Are you an experienced HR professional seeking a challenging role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional HR Advisor to partner and support 12 branches across the South/South West region.

This rewarding position offers a generalist HR support and advisory service, where you will be the first point of contact for staff within the business. You will work closely with the Head of HR to provide guidance and support to managers across the region, from Newquay to Exeter to Bristol to Southampton to Bracknell to Crawley.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting managers through employee relations issues
  • Advising and guiding managers through the employee lifecycle
  • Ensuring managers are aware of policies and processes
  • Organising family-friendly processes for staff, including maternity, paternity, adoption, parental, and unpaid leave
  • Responding to ad-hoc HR queries on a day-to-day basis

Requirements:

  • Experience working in Human Resources as a HR Advisor or Employee Relations Advisor
  • Experience handling Employee Relations issues, preferably with a blue-collar workforce
  • CIPD qualified (advantageous) with knowledge of UK Employment law
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with individuals at all levels
  • Maintaining confidentiality and acting with discretion
