North West Regional Business Growth Leader

Randstad UK is seeking a results-driven individual to lead our sales efforts in the North West region. As a Tuition Services Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets. Your strong understanding of the local market and network of contacts in the education sector will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients.
Key responsibilities will include conducting market research, analysing data to generate sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission and a range of benefits including flexible working and a Share Purchase Scheme, makes this an attractive opportunity for experienced sales professionals looking to drive growth and expand their reach in the education sector.
