Company OverviewOur client is a leading organisation based in Antrim seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their growing HR function team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to develop and implement HR policies and practices, as well as contribute to the development of best practice throughout the Company.

Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising managers and employees on HR-related matters, assisting in the development and updating of HR policies, conducting job analysis, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. Additionally, they will facilitate new employee orientation, identify training needs, and oversee employee benefits programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
  2. Develop and update HR policies to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  3. Conduct job analysis and design job descriptions to meet business needs.
  4. Foster a positive employee experience through effective onboarding and training initiatives.
  5. Manage employee benefits programmes to promote employee well-being.
  6. Support the selection process by screening CVs and conducting interviews.

Requirements
- CIPD Level 5 qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a HR role
- Proven expertise in Employee Relations and employment law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits
