MCS Group is seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Manager to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of employment legislation and experience of managing complex change in a unionised environment.

The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders at all levels across the business to provide the full range of HR services that enable teams to achieve business objectives. This includes supporting the development of a positive employee relations culture and environment, advising on strategic and operational planning, and ensuring effective consultative processes are in place.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has a strong track record of building rapport with stakeholders, including local and regional trade union representatives. The ideal candidate will have experience of leading negotiations and consultations on change initiatives with trade unions and overseeing responses to legal challenges.

In return, we offer a highly competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, excellent pension contributions, and a chance to work for a long-established, award-winning client committed to continuous improvement.
