Our client is a dynamic organization with multiple sites across Ireland and the UK. We are currently seeking an HR Officer to join their HR team, working closely with Senior Management to provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. You will be responsible for handling employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a CIPD Level 5/HR Degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR role. You should also have a solid understanding of employment law and best practice HR.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £31,000 - £36,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
