About the Role

We are seeking an organized and methodical Commercial Administrator to administer several key company functions with a numeric slant. Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing quotations and managing financial documents
  • Controlling and maintaining personnel records, including training records, time sheets, salaries, employment contracts, licenses, and other duties
  • Managing fleet, phone contracts, and fuel cards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
