Role Overview

The Assistant Commercial Manager will play a pivotal role in our organization, focusing on various responsibilities that include:

  • Contract Review: Analyzing and assessing contractual documents such as non-disclosure agreements, memorandums of understanding, teaming agreements, and tailored or standard professional services contracts.
  • Relationship Development: Cultivating open and trusting commercial relationships with internal teams, joint venture partners, contractors, and end-user clients.
  • Pre-Contract Support: Assisting the commercial management team with the pre-contractual commercial needs of assigned projects.
  • Risk Assessment: Conducting commercial risk evaluations of bid contract documents, including terms and conditions.
  • Strategic Support: Aiding the Senior/Commercial Manager in establishing and executing bid and project commercial strategies as necessary.
  • Negotiation: Identifying and successfully negotiating appropriate amendments to contract documents and terms with clients and supply chain partners.
  • Process Adherence: Promoting and ensuring compliance with SYSTRA's commercial processes, including change and risk management.
  • Post-Contract Handover: Facilitating the transition to the project commercial team and engaging with clients and partners for issue resolution.
