About the Role

Tersus Consultancy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to support our Head of Region with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our commercial team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflow.
  • Manage multiple key contracts, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.
  • Oversee our CRM system, crafting quotes and managing data with precision and accuracy.
  • Assist in creating commercial documents, including contracts, proposals, and quotations, that meet our high standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, accepting work orders, and providing regular project updates.
  • Navigate client portals and third-party systems with ease, ensuring data is accurately managed and uploaded.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and track commercial projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain open communication and streamlined workflows.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
