**Job Title:** Care Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a leading provider of healthcare services, we offer a supportive environment where you can grow and develop your skills.

**About the Role:

  • You will be working as a Bank Care Assistant, providing support to residents in one of our care homes.
  • Your duties will include supporting residents with their daily needs, such as food and drink, and following individual care plans.
  • You will also have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our residents and provide them with one-to-one time.

**What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum.

**Requirements:

  • You will need to have some experience of caring for older people.
  • You must have excellent communication skills and a warm-hearted approach.
