Ark People Housing Care is a leading provider of adult care services.
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Adult Care Support Specialist to join our team in Blairgowrie. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with vulnerable adults, supporting them to live independently and achieve their goals.
About the Role:
As an Adult Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes or in community settings. This may include assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and helping individuals to access local amenities and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide person-centered care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and other professionals to ensure that individuals receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date and secure.
