Care and Support Worker

As a Care and Support Worker with Cera Care in Kidderminster, you will be supporting individuals in their own homes to maintain their independence and dignity. This role requires a kind and caring individual who can build strong relationships with our clients, providing them with the support they need to live safely and comfortably in their own environment.
Your responsibilities may include assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and managing medications, as well as helping with domestic tasks like cooking and cleaning. You will also provide companionship and reassurance to our clients, engaging them in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
We are looking for someone who is patient, understanding, and has a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care. As a Care and Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
About the Role
This is a part-time position, working 24 hours per week. You will be required to work every other weekend and have a flexible approach to shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights. A driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role, as you will be traveling to different locations throughout your shift.
We offer a competitive salary of £12.20 per hour, plus enhancements for bank holidays. You will also receive guaranteed hours, holiday pay, and pension scheme benefits. In addition, we provide free DBS/PVG checks, company mobile phones, and uniforms, as well as paid mileage between visits.
