We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to fill the role of Care and Support Professional in Worcester, Worcestershire. As a Care and Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our customers, promoting their independence and well-being.

  • Providing personal care and support to customers
  • Assisting with daily tasks and routines
  • Prompting with medication
  • Providing respite services
  • Socialising and participating in leisure activities
  • Helping customers access the community

The salary for this role is £12-15 per hour, making it a competitive offer for anyone interested in a career in care. In addition to the salary, we also offer full training and induction, refer a friend bonus, Blue Light Card discount scheme eligibility, additional pay on weekends, comprehensive support and backup from colleagues, ongoing training and development, flexible hours, four weeks pro rata annual leave entitlement, and the opportunity to obtain qualifications while working.
