Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Specialist to join our team at C M Community Care Limited. As a Home Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional care and a strong ability to build rapport with clients and their families. You will work closely with our experienced management team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.

In this role, you will be required to undertake various tasks such as washing, dressing, preparing meals, administering medication, companionship, and general assistance with everyday living for those who are unable to manage these themselves physically.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our industry-leading training program, which is designed to ensure that you become the very best Care Worker.

As a Home Care Specialist, you can expect to earn a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including paid mileage, a Blue Light Card, and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Please note that you must have a smartphone, be at least 18 years old, and have a right to work in the UK. If you don't have experience in care, we can provide the necessary training to help you succeed in this role.
