About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in Kidderminster.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients at home, providing them with companionship, reassurance, and joy. Your kindness, patience, and understanding will make a significant difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
  • Managing medications and cooking or preparing hot meals
  • Helping with domestic tasks and providing emotional support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A driving license and access to a vehicle for work
  • Good general availability, including every other weekend off
  • Enhanced bank holiday rate

Salary and Location

The estimated salary for this role is around £12.20 per hour. You will be working in the Kidderminster area, covering various locations including Bewdley, Stourport, Hartlebury, Wolverly, and surrounding areas.
