Care Team Leader Position

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Care Team Leader.
- As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that residents receive the highest quality care.
- You will also be responsible for case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created and delivered.
- Other key responsibilities include administering and recording medication, carrying out risk assessments, and working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs.
- You will also be responsible for working closely with the leadership team to develop services and providing a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times.
We are looking for someone who is well-organised, IT literate, and adept at allocating and delegating work appropriately.
- A proven ability to lead and supervise others is essential, as is a good understanding of care planning processes.
- You should also be experienced in administering medication or be happy to undertake training.
- Above all, you should have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling.
