Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rapid Response Care Assistant to join our team at Complete Care Amegreen. As a Rapid Response Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs in their homes and communities.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care, while working closely with a close-knit team to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the Rapid Response Care Assistant role include:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
  • Working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care and support
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with service users and their families
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous social care experience
  • Compassion and empathy for individuals with complex needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to various locations
