Responsibilities

As a Home Care Specialist with C M Community Care Limited, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. This will involve undertaking various tasks such as washing, dressing, preparing meals, administering medication, companionship, and general assistance with everyday living for those who are unable to manage these themselves physically.

You will work closely with our experienced management team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our industry-leading training program, which is designed to ensure that you become the very best Care Worker.

In addition to providing excellent care, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients, families, and colleagues. You will be expected to work flexibly, including alternative weekends or every Saturday/Sunday, and to travel to clients' homes using public transport or your own vehicle (with reimbursement).

As a Home Care Specialist, you can expect to earn a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including paid mileage, a Blue Light Card, and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Please note that you must have a smartphone, be at least 18 years old, and have a right to work in the UK. If you don't have experience in care, we can provide the necessary training to help you succeed in this role.
