We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Patient Care Specialist to join our Rapid Response Team. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to provide expert care and support to clients with complex needs, including Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and others.
As a Patient Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional patient care
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £15 per hour, plus 30p mileage, as well as a range of benefits, including:

Requirements
