Clinical Specialist Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Specialist Nurse to join our Community Mental Health Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, providing specialist support and interventions to patients with complex mental health needs.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, developing care plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions in a community setting. You will also have the opportunity to provide clinical supervision to peers and junior staff members.
This is a full-time position, working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The post involves flexibility, with opportunities to work from home when clinically possible.
Required Skills and Qualifications- NMC Registration
- RMN (Degree level)
- Recent evidence of continuing professional development
- Evidence of postgraduate psychological therapy training or equivalent
The salary for this role is estimated at £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of the NHS Trust, you will receive a generous pension scheme, 27 days annual leave, and access to various staff networks and wellbeing initiatives.
