Job Description: As an agency RMN, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals facing mental health challenges. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualised care plans, administering medications, and offering therapeutic interventions.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements: NMC Registration with a minimum of 6 months validity, completed MAPA or PMVA training, a minimum of 6 months of post-qualification experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse, ability to fulfil framework compliance requirements including DBS, Occupational Health, Clinical References, and an updated CV, and proof of your right to work within the UK.
