Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care to join our team as a Patient Care Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and monitoring patient health, administering medications and treatments as required.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Assessment and Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, develop and implement personalized care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Medication Administration: Accurately administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitor patients for adverse reactions and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet patients' complex needs.
- Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the relevant nursing board, previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, flexible working hours including full-time and part-time options.
- Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
