Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Community Healthcare Specialist to join our team at Just Nurses in Worcester. As a District Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive healthcare services and support to individuals and families in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes and communities.
  • To work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports as required.


Requirements:
  • NMC Registration with 6 months validity.
  • 6 months post-qualification experience as Community Nurse.
  • DBS, Occupational Health, Clinical References, and updated CV.
