Nursing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nursing Leader to join our team at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals. As a key member of the nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Ensure effective communication between multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Ensure effective management of nursing staff, including recruitment, training, and development
  • Clinical Supervision: Provide clinical supervision to junior staff members
  • Patient Safety: Ensure the highest standards of patient safety are maintained at all times
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of care

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with significant leadership experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
