About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This will involve working collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care, developing and maintaining effective relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid NMC registration.
- Previous experience in a care home setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
