About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Nurse to join our team. As a valued member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading our team to continued excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients within the GP surgery setting
  • Conduct patient assessments and manage common health conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments as required
  • Offer health education and counseling to patients and their families
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Non-Medical Prescribing qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a primary care or GP surgery setting is highly desirable
  • Sound knowledge of general practice nursing procedures and best practices
