Emergency Nursing Practitioner Leader

Greenstaff Medical is seeking a highly skilled Emergency Nursing Practitioner Leader to join our team. As a leader in emergency nursing, you will play a key role in shaping the delivery of exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Accountabilities- Develop and implement effective patient care plans, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our patients.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and industry developments, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Valid NMC Pin number.
- 6 months of proven experience as an Emergency Nursing Practitioner.
- Valid right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
- Proof of vaccinations/immunity.
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service.
- Proof of Mandatory training aligned to the Skills for Health UK CSTF standards.
- 2 x Clinical References.
The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role and the value we place on our employees' skills and contributions.
