Leadership Coordinator

We are seeking a Leadership Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Kidderminster, United Kingdom. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing our team's activities to achieve exceptional results.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure targets are met while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Coordinate and manage team activities to meet performance targets and goals.
- Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring KPIs are met.
- Conduct regular team meetings to provide feedback and address issues.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members effectively.
- Handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive team culture.
- Assist in the training and development of new team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a supervisory role.
