Live Events Project Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a talented Live Events Project Manager to join our team at DRPG. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality live events, from conception to completion. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver events that exceed their expectations.
The successful candidate will have experience of working on a variety of types of events, including conferences, concerts, hospitality experiences, and consumer activations. They will also have knowledge of professional stage machinery, electrics, sound, lighting, communications, and audio-visual techniques.
Key responsibilities include managing event logistics, coordinating technical equipment, and attending site visits and production meetings as required. You will also assist in the costing and production of client proposals based on their briefs and act as a client liaison to maintain and build strong relationships.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in technical delivery, working with either an agency or a production company
- Experience in a variety of types of events, including conferences, concerts, hospitality experiences, and consumer activations
- Knowledge of professional stage machinery, electrics, sound, lighting, communications, and audio-visual techniques
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of staff and crew management
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings
- Full, clean driving licence
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
