About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Event Delivery Specialist to join our team at DRPG. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality events, ensuring that all technical aspects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage event logistics, including staffing, equipment, and venue coordination
  • Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to ensure risk assessments are completed and events are safe and compliant
  • Work within a budget to manage financial matters and record accurate expenses
  • Pro-actively manage staffing levels to meet budgetary targets and maintain high production values
  • Provide adequate technical support before, during, and after events
  • Line manage technical team members, direct work of permanent technicians, freelance partners, and casual crew
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, preferably with an agency or production company
  • Experience in various types of events, including conferences, concerts, hospitality experiences, and consumer activations
  • Knowledge of production process, resource management, and timescales
  • Experience with professional stage machinery, electrics, sound, lighting communications, and audio-visual techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Benefits

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, life insurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
