Event Production Specialist: DRPG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Event Coordinator to coordinate the logistics and operations of live events, conferences, and concerts. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional client experiences while working closely with our production and technical teams.

About the Role:
  • Candidates with 5+ years in technical delivery and experience in various event types will excel in this position.
  • Expertise in stage machinery, electrics, sound, lighting, and audio-visual techniques is essential.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate the setup, operation, and breakdown of technical equipment for live events, conferences, and concerts.
  2. Collaborate with technical team members to ensure efficient logistics and effective communication with stakeholders.
  3. Attend site visits and production meetings as required to maintain high production standards and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of production processes, resource management, and technical operations.
  • Proficiency in design and drawing software, such as Vector Works or AutoCAD.
  • Full driving license for international travel.

Work Environment: The role can be based in our Hartlebury, Manchester, or London offices, with occasional travel to other locations and commercial duties in the UK and overseas.
