Job Summary

The role involves working independently and collaboratively with technical teams to prepare and coordinate detailed designs and production drawings for tender and construction. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as a strong understanding of architectural technology.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and preparing detailed designs and production drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Preparation of specifications using NBS software, including advice on materials and construction details.
  • Quality control and assurance to ensure drawings meet deadlines and industry standards.
  • Project management, including health & safety, building regulations, and administrative tasks.
  • Supporting design and construction stages with technical insights.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience within the Residential sector.
  • Proficiency with Revit.
  • Skilled with AutoCAD.
