Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Medical Secretary Assistant to join our Speciality Admin Team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Medical Secretary, ensuring the smooth operation of the team and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities

The post holder will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the Medical Secretary, including general clerical duties and data entry.
  • Assisting with the coordination of patient appointments and communications.
  • Supporting the team in the provision of quality patient care, including maintaining accurate records and reports.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have:
