Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Asset Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a Laboratory Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing laboratory assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage laboratory assets, including inventory management and data collection.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal partners.
  • Support the development of quarterly business reviews and participate in meetings as required.
  • Assist in data collection and analysis of customer metrics, including financials, compliance, growth, and profitability.
  • Support action plans and tracking mechanisms to drive continuous improvement.
  • Verify and update the CMMS with the most up-to-date information regarding onsite assets and service activity.
Requirements
  • Relevant science degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with lab equipment and CMMS systems.
  • Previous experience as an account manager, asset manager, lab manager, maintenance manager, or lab equipment specialist.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Working Conditions

May pass through areas where chemical based allergens may be in use. Depending on area of building, personal protective equipment may be worn.
