We are seeking an experienced CCTV Monitoring Officer to join our Community Safety Unit. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of residents and visitors in North Lanarkshire.
About the Job
As a CCTV Monitoring Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring CCTV footage to identify and respond to potential threats
- Providing advice and assistance to the public on anti-social behaviour and out-of-hours homeless services
- Working closely with colleagues to resolve customer enquiries and complaints
- Contributing to the development of reports and other documents to support the delivery of our services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
