Health and Safety Specialist

At Bekaert, we are seeking a Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees, contractors, and visitors across our sites in Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety best practices
- Investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a health and safety role
- NEBOSH qualification or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
