At Brookson Group - A People2.0 Company, we're seeking a skilled HR Administrator to support the EMEA region's People Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate employee records, drafting and revising HR documents, and providing first-line support for employee queries.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in HR, working alongside a dynamic team. With a salary of up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and hybrid working options, you'll have the flexibility to balance your work and personal life.

  • Maintain and update employee records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Draft, revise, and manage HR documents, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide first-line support for employee queries and manage HR inboxes.
  • Generate reports and metrics to support HR decision-making.

We're looking for someone with at least 2 years' experience as a HR Administrator, good knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws across the EMEA region, and proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications. Additional language proficiency is desirable.
