As a leading HR Administrator at Brookson Group - A People2.0 Company, you will play a vital role in supporting the EMEA People Team. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the team to maintain and update employee records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.

Your key responsibilities will include drafting, revising, and managing HR documents, policies, and procedures. You will provide first-line support for employee queries and manage HR inboxes, generating reports and metrics to support HR decision-making.

You will oversee onboarding, offboarding, and company inductions to ensure a seamless employee experience. This includes partnering with line managers to address employee relations matters and providing coaching, as well as supporting company events, employee training, and pre-employment checks.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a HR Administrator, with good knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws across the EMEA region. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications is essential.

In return for joining our team, you can expect a salary of up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus hybrid working arrangements, 5% company pension contribution after 3 months, and 23 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays and your Birthday off each year.
